Common Questions
Frequently Asked
Who is eligible to apply for sober living?
We welcome adults 18 and older who are committed to sobriety and seeking a structured, supportive living environment. Applicants must be substance-free at the time of move-in and agree to our house rules.
How long can residents stay?
There is no fixed time limit. We believe recovery is a journey, not a deadline. Residents may stay as long as they are actively working their recovery, following house rules, and contributing to the community.
Is there a cost to live at Good Samaritan Home?
Yes, we charge a modest weekly program fee to help cover operating costs. We offer sliding-scale pricing and can connect residents with financial assistance resources when needed.
Do I need to be religious to apply?
No. While our work is faith-inspired, our doors are open to everyone regardless of religious background or belief. We simply ask that residents respect the values of our community.
How do I refer someone to Good Samaritan Home?
Family members, case workers, treatment centers, and community organizations are welcome to reach out on behalf of someone in need. Contact us directly and we will walk you through the process.
